CLIENT

The South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw Integrated Care System formally launched as an “ICS” in October 2018. They have been working as a partnership for well over two years, first as a Sustainability and Transformation Partnership, then as a first wave Accountable Care System and now, as one of the leading ICS’ in the country

BRIEF

We were commissioned to create animated video to explain all the latest developments at South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw Integrated Care System. The film needed to include an introduction to the role of an ICS in the community as well as outline the ICS’s key commitments and aspirations for the next 5 years. It was important to ensure that the animation would represent and engage the staff from a multitude of NHS departments and the diverse communities in the region.

RESULTS

We worked in partnership with the communications team at SYB ICS, to help refine the script and create a diverse range of characters, representing a range of abilities and different groups from the South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw area. It was essential to make this video accessible to viewers with impaired hearing, so we opted to include subtitles. We also created a shorter edit of the animation specifically for use on social media.
